Practical, focused, & relationship-oriented psychotherapy and supervision
Why “good enough”?
Because sometimes “the perfect (or best) is the enemy of the good.“ I don’t often agree with famous French intellectuals, but I think Voltaire was onto something here. A futile search for perfection, certainty, control, or utopia can paralyze us, robbing us of joy, connection, and purpose in the present moment.
On the other hand, I’m a practical guy, and I really just needed a name for the business.
My name is Glenn Hollingsworth, and I help people grow.
I am dually-licensed as a supervising professional counselor (LPC) and marriage and family therapist (LMFT) in Mobile, Alabama. I am also an associate professor and chair of the University of Mobile’s Marriage and Family Counseling program, and I supervise associate counselors and MFTs in the community.
